Founder and Chairperson of the Board
Mrs. Banfield has nearly 50 years of C-suite experience in major corporations, primarily in the property and casualty insurance industry. During her career in the insurance industry, Carole has been a trailblazer in advancing opportunities for women. Carole started this business after learning of the detrimental impacts smelting and improper disposal of e-waste can have on the environment.

Mr. Singer is a graduate of the Harvard Law School and the University of Pennsylvania summa cum laude, and has served as a CEO and a Director of numerous businesses, both public and private.
